Very predictable call by me for Ontheropes. They were clearly mucking about with him last time, and I’m definitely betting him Antepost. Always going to follow him this year, and even though I like him for Aintree, I’m equally as happy with him over this trip

Duffle Coat another I really like, and the way they had him ready for Ballinrobe caught the eye, and one I’ll be tracking closely all season

    I’m also very interested in……

    Janidil
    Saint Roi
    Solness

…and I’d have no hesitation in adding them, but for Antepost it’ll be Ontheropes

Can’t wait for probably my favourite week of the year.

Zanahiyr off 145 if they can get him into a rhythm could be hard to stop.

Solness would be on the shortlist too.

While i’m not sure i’ll be backing him at his price i’ve long thought (said it on here i’m almost sure) that Amirite would be better suited to going over an intermediate trip, and attacking the race. This is the first time they could potentially try it and i could imagine it would suit.

I’ll be tickling French Dynamite , a classy animal on his day and I reckon fairly handicapped

Saint Roi would be my win bet here. As an each way, I’d cover Mr Saxobeat too, but I’ll wait till the final line up is confirmed

33-1 for French Dynamite makes plenty of appeal here, and he’s the ew call

Authorized Art ran a good race last year and he’s my ew selection again this year. I think Danny Mullins could have a good couple of days so I’ve also put him in a few ew combinations with Where’s My Jet, Enfranchised and Anotherway for the Galway Hurdle.

I’ll probably add Pinkerton ew tomorrow.

Stuck with Zanahiyr and Solness as my main ones. Z being backed this morning.

If the ground is good, i could see Chemical Energy showing some better form having looked through the race more. I might add him depending on how he goes in the market.

Good luck with Solness Jack, was the hardest one for me to leave out.

Ontheropes balloted out, so its Duffle Coat as the main selection for me, with Janidil as a smaller win backup

Quite a few with a chance in this one is an understatement. I went for last year’s winner Ash Tree Meadow despite the 15 lbs. rise and took 20s EW. Added Bobby’s Duffle Coat at 33s EW and the already a few times mentioned French Dynamite at 33s EW as well.
But, just too many in with a shout.

Zanahiyr and Ash Tree Meadow are my 2 main fancies, 8s and 11s both insured 6 places. Small stake on Janadil at 120s also.

Several interesting contenders, but I’ve gone for Walk in the Park. I liked his run in The Plate at Cheltenham. Aintree was disappointing, but that is a different race.

DBRDBR, you can’t have a bet on Walk In The Park. He already stands at Grange Stud (IRE)…
