    First decent sized bet of the meeting. I asked Hills for a price on FAIRY GLEN to beat SEA JUST IN TIME. 2/1 was fair game and they allowed a fair bet.
    FG ran well in a listed race over the trip last time behind DIVINA GRACE so I expect her to run well here again, wasn’t sure she was a good bet to win but felt she had more form in the book than the current short priced fav SJIT. Plus, two starts ago she beat a filly named Beeley by six lengths, the same horse beaten only a length by SJIT and nothing in it weight wise in comparison.
    SJIT will surely drift from this terrible price of 13/8 that she is, thought about laying her too, will do if she gets even shorter.
    Ready and prepared to eat my words.

    Mistral Star ran okay in the G1 Yorkshire Oaks and her Newmarket Listed win seems to be working out quite well. I’ll go with the Rage Guest trained Divina Grace at 7/1 WIN only.

    But, as Chivers pointed out, this is some stupid racing.
