form spot in the mail

noticed yesterday that third set was rated 78[form spot] in the mail,but there was also no 77 or 76 ratings it was clear of the rest i dont know does this happen a lot in handicaps and when it does what are its strike rate and would carrying 3lbs extra as [knot in wood]make a difference to this rating

That’s the problem with newspaper ratings CT, unless you have about 12 months of records from any paper you don’t know if it’s significant or not. I reckon it’s a way of getting you to keep buying the paper.
