This is a jumps Jockey’s race and while anything can happen with the riders needing to handle the stalls as well as the horses.
My selection destroyed his opposition by six lengths on heavy ground at Lingfield in July.
While Goodwood drains very well it will still be soft underfoot. Mark Usher will have told Adrian Coleman not to worry about the draw but to stay handy and hope to go clear coming downhill in the final furlong.
Hopefully his bumper experience will stand him in good stead here.
Tin Fandango doesn’t stand much training and has only been seen four times this year, so will at least be fresh here and the six pound rise will make little difference to his chances….1.55

My Esperanza was a cracking third @ 14/1
