So 12/1 could be construed as value over the Newmarket mile in May 2006?

It could equally be construed as bad value. It’s all a matter of opinions.

Might be good value as long as she stays sound, gets lightning fast ground in the Guineas, stays 1m and doesn’ t have any good horses to run against.

You should join the meteorological service if you can forecast the weather for Sunday 7 May 2006. You could teach Michael Fish a thing or two ;)
I personally wouldn’t take odds for any horse race more than a few days in advance. I just wondered if the bookies were being a little generous about a filly who was given far too much to do. Probably not.

This 2 year old filly has been on the go since mid April.
Looked to me as if she’d cried enough for now
