    Not a problem you just misundertood what actuuasly went on.

    There was never 3 places offered in the race.

    The first withdrawl came before the book was formed so it was put up as a 7 horse race, 2 places only, which I never noticed initially.

    Then after I placed bets there was a 2nd witdrawl hence the reduction and only 6 ran.

    I’m well aware that if withdrawls come after the book is formed you still get 3 places. It was like a licence to print money on the all weather during the winter last year….dozens of 8 horse races reduced to 4 and 5 runners.

    Thanks, I certainly need some after both Tail of the Bank and Triggerman fell when looking certain to place, topped of by Dear Sam heading for the stables in the midle of his race…..If there’s a jinxed one out there, don’t worry, I’ll find it. :wink:
