I’m absolutely fuming tonight, anyone watching ATR, you seen
all the odds on jolly’s getting turned over and two other
hot pots. Deffo fiddle going on.Crooked as ….

Yeah admittedly I’ve done my coconuts so far
so aren’t very pleased but I’m calling it a day before
I do all my Epsom dough.June 1, 2010 at 19:19 #298062Matt Chapman – instant direct verdict, fully correct, no messing.
Like it
June 1, 2010 at 19:22 #298064Summer Jumps Racing is complete Piss.
Even Galway….would rather poke my eyes out than bet on that garbage

Yeah, I like what Matt’s said aswell. He’s in order.
June 2, 2010 at 08:47 #298154Quite an interesting card
and I am only guessing
but I presume it was a damp and
rather uninspiring evening
and I can report a fresh wind.
This sort of weather gets in the bones.I am not in favour of summer jumping
full stop.June 2, 2010 at 09:28 #298156Nothing to do with dampness in the bones, it was a
warm sunny evening, unlike yesterday in London.June 2, 2010 at 10:49 #298170I got that wrong then
Sorry you did your coconuts
and sorry to all McCoy backers
who had a bloodbath and thoughts go out
to all the little treble and yankee
hopes in shops and empty marmalade jars
mixed in with joy possibly to
the spirits industry.McCoy said it was riding loose on top
after the Praxiteles ride.As far as the jigsaw man
he was on his chasing debut
and possibly 4/9 was a bit heavy
but of course in hindsight
its easy to preach.Good that you had the sense
to get out with a few leaves.June 2, 2010 at 13:17 #298190AnonymousInactive- Total Posts 17716
Do we really need another ‘I’ve backed an odds-on loser so the race must have been bent’ thread?
Either stop complaining, Matthew, or give up betting – accepting that you’re not very good at it might prove more tolerable than crying foul each and every day.

Hang on a minute pal, I think you’ll find I’ve started a couple
of threads complimenting people like Moore or McCoy.I complained about Jimmy Derham the other day and said
that the results at Ffos Las were a bit odd, I’m entitled to
have my opinion, if you don’t like it, don’t read my posts.Cheers
Matthew
June 2, 2010 at 14:21 #298200Yep racing is all about opinions
Personally like the summer jumping as you can latch onto certain horses and trainers and the fields can be pretty uncompetitive on occasions.
Feel for you though fella
June 2, 2010 at 14:36 #298205I … said that the results at Ffos Las were a bit odd, I’m entitled to have my opinion, if you don’t like it, don’t read my posts.
There’s a bit of a difference between saying results were odd and calling them crooked, as you have done in your opening post. Your opinion isn’t worth a damn if you think a couple of odds-on shots being beaten is a fiddle or crooked.
I’m absolutely fuming tonight, anyone watching ATR, you seen all the odds on jolly’s getting turned over and two other hot pots. Deffo fiddle going on.
Crooked as ….
June 2, 2010 at 14:56 #298209Fair doo’s.
June 2, 2010 at 22:19 #298299The track is a new one and still bedding so you will probably get a few odd results for a wee while yet. However calling it a fiddle is bang out of order, bad tipping more like.
June 3, 2010 at 12:30 #298370Thank God or Dai for Summer Jumping especially at Ffos Las otherwise we would have to watch the flat . Bit of trouble with the Sunset but we,ve had that problem at Cheltenham also
