Jocked off Twighlight Son for Ryan Moore, he must be gutted.
Seems a harsh one, especially bearing in mind if Coolmore had one in the same race as T.S., Moore would jump ship.
The un-quantifiable of the importance of relationship between horse and jockey discounted in this instance.
I understand about selecting the best available etc, but I hope he doesn’t win.

Owner has sold the horse to Cheveley Park Stud, although he retains an interest, but presumably they now have control of jockey choice.
I reckon he would be pretty annoyed if it was someone other than Ryan Moore. It’s a little easier to swallow when the owner wants to book the best jockey in the world right now.
Yeah I’m sure he’ll be made up if Moore collects yet another G1 on what was no doubt a special horse for him.
He’s only human, if it was me I’d be hoping he drops his whip and gets nailed a nose. Then again, I am a bitter individual.

I’d be of a similar mindset
Careful Fran, you must understand this decision. What a load of balls.
I’m a Surveyor, if I was sacked to make way for a better Surveyor then I’d be fuming but deep down would understand it. But if the fella replacing me would at any point jump ship to their primary client, I would have to seriously question the decision. The initial clients appear to be too smart for their own good, let’s hope it backfires.
