Evening meetings at Goodwood and Fontwell Park on Friday

A27 has been at a standstill around Chichester for the last 2 hours or so. Normally is bad on a Friday evening but a couple of dozen horseboxes adding to the carnage isn’t great PR.

A lot will be staying for the music at Goodwood. A lot won’t be though. Felix Da Housecat isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. Certainly not the majority of members who will be making up a large proportion of the audience on a sunny evening.

It’s still bad planning to have Fontwell and Goodwood on at the same time, whichever way you try to spin it.

Good old Gary. One of the few positives from this decision. Mind you, he’ll know all the back roads!

Roger Sanchez, who brought us this Ibiza classic, is playing this Friday, no fixture clash with Fontwell or Brighton either so I expect to see the forum out in full force on the dancefloor and stumbling around the streets of West Sussex early into the Saturday morning hours.
