Hello,
Yep, I am a sad b*****, but I have made money on this farce.

TURKEY, the likely winner,
BELGIUM is the one grab a place….
TURKEY and GERMANY to fight out for the winner’s slot.
ARMENIA and THE AZERI’s may go close, but have an each way interest on BELGIUM and SERBIA..
regards,
doyley
May 29, 2010 at 17:40 #297525Hello,
FRANCE to come last….

regards,
doyley
May 29, 2010 at 17:54 #297528I’ve just looked at the markets… UK are 6/5 to come last . . .
May 29, 2010 at 18:44 #297535Great preview from Paul Jones (of Weatherbys Festival Betting Guide fame)
May 29, 2010 at 19:25 #297542Lets hope the UK finish last. Anything to stop the BBC funding and at the same time embarrassing the contest.
May 29, 2010 at 22:44 #297575Yes, we came last. A truly great result. The winner, Germany, was nothing special, but winners rarely are and this favours the "be different" approach further.
May 29, 2010 at 22:47 #297576Well done Doyley. Didn’t stay for the final few votes, but looks like you indicated the tricast. (Germany, Turkey and Belgium?)
May 30, 2010 at 17:49 #297665Just found out that Romania were third, and Belgium slipped to 6th.
May 30, 2010 at 21:41 #297693Greatly ironic how the German entry is imitating Lily Allen/Amy Winehouse and the like and yet the UK’s entry is a monstrously scary creation from the 80’s Stock, Aitken and Waterman reject bin.
Germany 1 England 0
Still, at least it’s not the World Cup.
