    Broke down fatally yards from the line at Lingfield today. Only 7 years old and such a good horse. Tragic.

    Only 7 but still seemed to have been around forever [for a flat horse, that is]. Seemed such a genuine horse. Stable must be devastated.

    He was such a star so sad for all concerned. Poor boy.
    Racing has lost some wonderful racehorses & jockeys this past month. The worst end to a year that I have ever known.
    RIP Educate :-(

    Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...
