i had heard from a number of (past and present) long-servers (who do seem to be a feature of Hills) that the current generation are only trained to push buttons and get lost if the fuse blows.

are you still going through the full monty then ?

Still have to know the vast majority of bets, think that’s all part of the training though as it’s pointless having a product if you don’t know it.

Having said that the training only incorporates how many bets in X or Y but there is a settling department (or so i’m told)
