Bazball has been added to the Collins dictionary

definition for me would read : reckless cricket strokes in line with the world we now live in where patience is sorely lacking in the need to move at pace in this never ending rat race

Charles Darwin to conquer the World

LOL Nathan. This could be a fascinating thread.

Before I knew the meaning of the word, I always thought ‘Procrastinate’ came across like a form of extreme torture to the abdomen.

Perhaps TRF could create its own mini dictionary…

Chezza – A version of Chess except that the pieces are made from Cheddar and it takes place on a cheeseboard.

Collins describes Bazball as: “a style of Test cricket in which the batting side attempts to gain the initiative by playing in a highly aggressive manner”.

Or “slogging”, as it used to be known. ;-)

Just come across “phubbing” which means to ignore your companion in favour of your mobile phone or tablet.
