I’m a complete idiot. I hadn’t looked at the Bahrain Championship, so no harm
done there as I would have probably gone for Santiago Tarrio or Jason Scrivener,
both of whom are well behind after the first round.

It’s the Pebble Beach I’m nearly in tears about. I fancied Emiliano Grillo, who I’ve
backed a few times recently, who is T4 and 33/1 (was 150/1) and Patrick Cantley who was
T3 in 2021 and T4 in 2022 and holds the course record of 62. He’s 2nd at 8 under and now
7/2 fav (was 20/1) and all because I thought today, well yesterday now, was Wednesday.

The only saving graces are I’ve saved whatever I would have put on the Bahrain Championship,
and that Cantlay wasn’t the 1st round leader (probably 33 or 40/1)at Pebble Beach. I’ll be
sick if either wins, I can’t take the 7/2 with Cantlay and as nobody here has him, no harm to
the guy but I hope he loses. I suppose I better stick something on Grillo so as not to cut my
nose to spite my face. I’m puting him on the nose so I’ll wait until morning to see who’s offering
most. The exchange has him at 36 (35/1) but that may be up before play.

Had a birdie chance win in regulation miss it

Went 4 playoff holes with Garcia and won it very happy a 14/1 winner 🥇
