Great golf by DeChambeau today, that 90/1 we got for him for the Masters Darren looks huge now
with him trading at best priced 20/1. Happy with the way the Desert Classic went with De’Chambeau
at 9s. A nice cherry on the cake was Skybet offering 3/1 for DeChambeau to win by 7 or more strokes
when he was 6 up after 13. It was a bit of a worry when Matt Wallace birdied the last, but a birdie
by DeChambeak on the 17th kept him 7 ahead of Wallace.I’ve got nobody in contention in the Farmers tonight, although I’ve already more than cleared my
feet with Charles Howell III being 1st roud leader on the South Course. He followed that with a
70 and a horrendous 75 with a bogies at the last 4 holes
So for a bit of interest tonight I’ve take the 6/1 on Adam Scott who is
3 behind Rose. I think it’s Rose’s to lose, and he’ll probably see it out, but best priced 4/9
does nothing for me.I don’t think any of us have anyone near enough, Darren you are nearest with Finau in our
original choices, but at 9 under he’s too far back. Any of you guys having another stab at
it tonight Good luck if you doJanuary 27, 2019 at 20:04 #1393999WELL DONE GRAHAM
Top stuff
January 27, 2019 at 20:14 #1394000Just for something to watch have backed Gooch 33/1 and Ghim at 50/1 but both are three shots back so am not holding my breath!!
January 28, 2019 at 12:27 #1394037Bets for tennis this week
DANYA YATSREMSKA 12/1 To win WTA Thailand
Every chance of getting Muguruza in last 8 which be tough for her she one of brightest talents in the game while a loss to Serena at oz open she can bounce back with a win.
DARIA KASATKINA 16/1 WTA ST Petersburg open
Young russian is fine player while still needs to work on her serve she in the top half of draw which a nightmare with likes of Kvitova and Azarenka and could get Sharapova up 1st here but can beat her and make the final here
January 28, 2019 at 12:28 #1394038Well done BigG on De Chambeau
I already look at prices for this weeks events hills got prices up so bets should be up by tonight from me
January 28, 2019 at 15:45 #1394060Cheers guys, quite happy with this week. I nearly got a nice little surprise in the Farmers
with Cameron Smith, he finally hit top form and shot a 7 under 65. Unfortunately he was one
shot shy of the place money (8 places with Sky). I’m just pleased to see that he’s in decent
form, I hope he’s still up there when he plays in the Masters, I’ve got him at 100/1. He’s
generally 66/1 but Sky stand alone at 80/1, I reckon that’s still a bit of value. The markets are still getting themselves sorted out for this week, I wonder if DeChambeau can
win back to back. Problem is he will be shorter that the 9s I took last week, and I don’t
normally do single figures before a ball is struck. I’ll see I feel by tomorrow when the
markets, including the 1st round betting, should be set up.January 28, 2019 at 18:05 #1394084Bets for Phoniex open
BYEOUNG HUN AN 80/1
Early price of 80/1 all gone by hills and rightly so he been close to wins on PGA but lost playoffs in Zurich open and the Memorial open last year to De Chambeau he has form in events in the desert as seen by Dubai events on European tour. And should not be forgotten on 1st time here was leader after 54 holes before fading on sunday.
HIDECKI MATSUYAMA 18/1
Has BigG sure remember he a two time winner on both times and need the playoff to beat Fowler than Simpson a year later.Has found form at right play really well at farmers and coming back to a venue won twice before should have a big say here.
CAMERON CHAMP 50/1
I felt a track like this in the desert where power is a help will suit him no doubt recent form not been great but will have a let down in form but back on track that suit him think go well.
DANIEL BERGER 66/1
Always felt he win here before he retires a guy who loves this venue a fan of greens course play on.Best effort here was 7th 2years ago though a MC last week did show enough on Desert classic to suggest a bold showing on the cards.
ABRAHAM ANCER 80/1
Makes debut at course this week but this venue is like a few tracks he played well in the past like Cimb classic
and Makyoba classic there a link with those courses to here.He waltzed home in Australia pga like Berger he show more than enough at desert classic to feel can go well here.OLLIE SCHNIEDERJANS 150/1
Was 3rd here last year I think this guy is my cliff golfer always on him tracks that should see him go well and has he showed last year he acts around here recent form not the best but at a price every chance of a surprise.
Also Raymo and BigG that the web.com has started a few weeks ago so always good to keep a eye on these events and players keep a eye on down there.
DOUG GHIM Who play well at farmers
JOHN ODA only a kid still but shown enough on web.com this season and pga tour he one to follow
NORMAN ZIONG. Was level with Cameron Champ at Sandersons farms at halfway stage before fading away but he a rookie to watch.GEORGE CUNNINGHAM another young kid to keep a eye on to
Also BigG I am on De Chambeau at 100/1 not 90/1 in masters I hope he deliver for us
And also guys last few weeks William hill have been very early with golf events between 10.30 to 11am on Mondays so if you guys have any early picks for future events there every chance of getting bigger prices like this week on AN at 80/1 and A Wise at 50/1 few weeks later that day his price went to 28/1
January 28, 2019 at 18:13 #1394085Bets for Saudi open
BROOKS KOEPKA 10/1
Looks like a course suit big hitters and those who like events in the desert well step forward Brooks I feel he been overlooked in market a double figure price should not be.Big hitting Brooks took a week off in Maldives last week and should be fresh and ready for this week.
SERGIO GARCIA 14/1
Open up well last week in Dubai with 6under but not able to keep it up but every chance here this week of course not the biggest of hitters but feel his putting much better which see him in better light and go well.
TOM LEWIS 50/1
Not normally play well in these events in the desert but over last few events in part of world been 7th in DP Tour championship and 9th in Abu dhabi. His ranking has improved so much over last 6months and every chance of another good week.
THOMAS DETRY 66/1
Big hitter from Belguim was part of world cup team and while recent starts to new season not ideal he can improve on that this week at a venue should suit his big hitting game and go ok here.
Also gone for B AN 80/1 B Koepka 10/1 win double to.
Good luck guys
January 28, 2019 at 20:38 #1394108You beat my by 10 points then Darren, I only got 90/1 for Dechambeau but I’ll still be
over the moon if he pulls it offJanuary 30, 2019 at 17:09 #1394288Saudi International
Bryson DeChambeau 13/2 (16/1 1st round leader market)
I said last week that i didn’t like taking single figure odds at the start
of any competition, but I broke the rule last week and DeChambeau waltzed
in at 9/1. He’s even shorter this week, but he’s just playing world class
golf at the moment and I can’t ignore him. No need to say any more, if he plays
his A Game, he wins.Brooks Koepka 10/1 (20/1 1st round leader market)
That’s 2 short priced players I’ve gone for this week, but it’s hard to ignore
the chances of the US Open and US PGA winner. There’s no point trying to find
previous form here, there is none as this is a brand spanking new course. He’s
had a couple of months off, but his return at the Sentry and his follow up at
the Abu Dhabi, where he was T9, should have him match fit here, and with the
Saudis putting up a shitload of money I think they will be serious about trying
to take this one. He’s capable of taking this course apart, so I think Paddy
power are being more than generous offering 20/1 for the 1st round.Thomas Pieters 40/1 (40/1 1st round leader marker)
He’s a very good player when he’s on song, and he’s been showing enough recently,
5 top 20 finishes out of last 6 including winner of the Handa World Cup of Golf
down under, to suggest he’s not far off. The big unknown this week is how the course
will play and who’s game it suits. It could just throw up a surprise winner, but
I’ll stick with these 3 and hope for the best.I’ve got my 3 on for the Phoenix Open already, I’ll post them up shortly.
January 30, 2019 at 19:57 #1394322Good Luck this week guys
Here are mine for you to cross off!! LOL

CHEZ REAVIE 50/1SAUDI INTERNATIONAL
HAO TONG LI 28/1
S KJELDSEN 100/1
J CAMPILLO 125/1
L WESTWOOD 33/1As I say be lucky this week
January 30, 2019 at 21:54 #1394335Phoenix Open
Hideki Matsuyama 12/1 (25/1 1st round leader market)
Yes I remember those previous wins well Darren, they were agonising
but he did get the job done for you. I think I had a bit of luck on him with
his 2nd win, but just as an in-play last round whereas you had him both times
from the off. He’s looking in good form this year Darren, hopefully he doesn’t
have us both behind the sofa again come SundayGary Woodland 20/1 (30/1 1st round leader market)
Obvious choice in my book, winner here last year and goes into this having a string
of decent results. 2nd in the Sentry Tournament earlier this month, and T9 last time
out in the Farmers, add to that 7 top 10 finishes in the past 3 months. He wont be
far away.Cameron Smith 33/1 (45/1 1st round leader market)
I fancied Smith to do well last week at the Farmers, and to be fair finishing T9
isn’t a bad result, but I had written him off after the 3rd round when I thought
he had no chance to get into the money. As it happened he played his socks off
with a superb 7 under par 65 to just miss out on the e/w money by one shot. If he
manages to get his arse in gear a bit earlier this week then I think he could
well be in the mix on Sunday afternoon.I think you’ve said it all Raymo, let’s be lucky this week
January 30, 2019 at 22:09 #1394337Just a quick note on Woodland Graham. I am not at all convinced on his bottle!! I have backed him a few times and he doesn’t seem to have much mettle to get the job done.
For your sake I hope I am wrong but he is on my list of ones not to back !!January 31, 2019 at 00:33 #1394359You may have a point Raymo, he’s certainly hit the bar probably more often than he might
have. He’s certainly been consistently up there, and I suppose looking on the positive side
he did win this last year by shooting a final round 64 and when he was 2nd earlier this month
at the Sentry Tournaments of Champions, he finished with a 68 which wasn’t exactly a collapse.
Maybe he’s due one, with any luck lightening might strike twice at the PhoenixJanuary 31, 2019 at 09:56 #1394371I hope Pieters can hang on for you Graham in Saudi
It would be a great start to the weekend for you at 40/1 !!
January 31, 2019 at 10:28 #1394375Cheers Raymo, I’m over the moon with Pieters round today, but a huge chunk of the
field just getting under way. I’ll quote Sir Alex Ferguson, as I often do at times
like this…….squeaky bum timeJanuary 31, 2019 at 21:57 #1394444Just got back home a couple of hours ago, I had to leave earlier when the round was
still in play. I think at that time the only person on course who could have caught
him was Larrazabal, but as he needed to pick up 4 shots with 4 to play I thought I
was all but home and dry. It’s nice to get back and see it confirmedI hope he can hang on but there’s a long way to go. Good luck guys
