Thanks Darren, I was pleased with Coetzee, he had some round. Well done with your 3 in
a row tennis bets

I’m going to be looking out for Cameron Smith in his next few tournaments. I think this
guy is some golfer. He needs to curb his enthusiasm a little, to cut out mistakes but
he is capable of shooting really low. I took him at 100/1 both for the tournament and
1st round leader in the Shriners Open. He started his first round with a bogey at each
of the 1st 3 holes, and then shot a 65…..just one shot out of the e/w money for 1st
round leader. He finished T10, and at 23 this is a learning experience for him. I’ll put
my picks up for the OHL Classic later in the week, but I’ve already taken him at 66/1 for
the tournament, and I’ll back him for 1st round leader once they open that market.November 8, 2016 at 15:11 #1271402Only 2bets for Needbank challenge
HENRIK STENSON 9/2
Is current leader in Race to Dubai a win here this week should be enough to seal that victory. Was 2nd behind a rampant Matsuyama last time out.He can collect for fave backers. Was 2nd here last year go one better now
MARTIN KAYMER 20/1
A former winner here he is in 2012 truth be told not had best of season still no wins this year which for him a shock it is.But course takes knowing it does newcomers fare badly. And he chase Stenson home
November 8, 2016 at 15:22 #1271404OHL Classic bets
HARRIS ENGLISH 33/1
Winner here in 2013 and not had best of years but last week at Shriners open he return to form no doubt a return here can see him in a better light my main fancy here
EMILLIANIO GRILLO 18/1
This event has a latin feel to it players from this part of the world do well here. And Grillo looks sure to go well this a course for ball strikers he one of the best on tour.Frys.com winner will enjoy playing a demanding layout like this.
JON RAHM 20/1
On him again this week he also started new season in decent form but also got form here last year was here as a amatuer was T10.He much better now i feel can go much better
IAN POULTER 110/1
Last year GMac won here and fellow brit can do that while coming back injury did ok in cimb classic this type of course should suit him as well.
ZAC BLAIR 250/1
Not a big hitter but a straight hitter did well here last year and of those at 3 figure prices think he do well this week i do.
Any bets bigG and Raymo
November 8, 2016 at 18:57 #1271429this time of year I am a bit careful on the golf Darren. I tend to pick and choose because the end of year feel can spring some odd results but I am back this week and have backed four in each tournament
OHL CLASSIC
JOHNSON WAGNER 60/1
HARRIS ENGLISH 33/1
JOHN HUH 100/1
FABIAN GOMEZ 100/1NEDBANK CHALLENGE
CHARL SCHWARTZEL 22/1
ALEX LEVY 50/1
RICHARD STERNE 80/1
JORGE CAMPILLO 150/1Good Luck Guys and I too have Cam Smith on my radar. I backed him when he finished 11th and I think he will be pretty good he just isn’t quite the finished article yet.
November 8, 2016 at 19:21 #1271434OHL CLASSIC
CAMERON SMITH 66/1
As I posted yesterday, I bet Smith as soon as betting opened. He has a great game and
can shoot really low. He looked a terrific youngster a few years back, but lost his way
and has had to battle his way back into the PGA Tour. He’s still only 23 and I think he’s
showing that his previous promise is coming through. I’ve also taken him on the 1st round
betting at 66/1. I took him in the 1st round betting last week too, I checked how he was
doing early on and he was +3 after 3 holes. I thought he had blown his round, but he showed
how good he is by battling back for a -5. Raymo is right, he may not be the finished article,
but I reckon this Aussie will win tournaments, I hope this is his week.RYO ISHIKAWA 90/1 (Stan James)
I mentioned Ishikawa a few weeks back in the CIMB Classic, where he nearly managed to get into
the money, but finished just outside T10. Raymo I know what you mean with these end of season
tournaments, they can show up some odd results with most off the field worn out by a hard season.
Ishikawa has an advantage here, in that he had an enforced period out with a back problem. He
should be fresh and up for this. 90/1 is almost an insult, and Stan James also go 90/1 in the
1st round betting, so I’m having that.Good luck this week Darren, and I’m glad to see you back in the hunt Raymo, good luck with your
guys too
November 8, 2016 at 22:46 #1271523NEDBANK CHALLANGE
SOREN KJELDSEN AT 60/1 AND ANDREW JOHNSON AT 66/1
OHL CLASSIC
MARTIN LAIRD AT 45/1 AND GARY WOODLAND AT 50/1
IN 4 £1 EW DOUBLES
November 9, 2016 at 18:45 #1271627NEDBANK GOLF CHALLENGE
RAPHAEL CABRERA BELLO 25/1
Rafa is an old favourite of mine, and although he’s not managed to get his head in front
this year, he’s never missed a cut and he’s hit the bar a few times. 4 top 20s in his last
5 tournaments, including 2 top 10s, shows his game is not far off. I’m going a bit light on
this tournament and Rafa is my only bet, although I really have 2 bets as I’ve taken him in
the 1st round betting at 28/1, again 6 places with Paddy Power.I’ll definitely have another bet once they they are in-play, I’ll try and remember to put it
up in time this time. Good luck Darren and Raymo, and it’s great to see lionroars having a say
in it too
November 9, 2016 at 21:02 #1271651I ALWAYS HAVE A BET TO START IN THE GOLF. BUT LIKE bigG I WILL HAVE ANOTHER AFTER THE 1ST ROUNDS OF EACH TOURNEMENT. BECAUSR MY 1ST BET IS NORMALLY UP THE CREEK WITHOUT A PADDAL LOL.
SO AT LEAST I CAN PICK A FEW THAT ARE UNDER PAR AND HAVE ANOTHER GO. NORMALLY STILL USELESS STILL. NOT THE GREATEST BETTING ON GOLF GUYS
November 9, 2016 at 22:26 #1271679I’ve been up that same creek many times lionroars….. and mostly without
a paddle too
. I quite often bet on end of round leader, I like
that it gives you a bet which is decided on the same day. I got lucky with
Coetzee during his round, in the 1st round betting in the Turkish Open last
week at 28/1. I’m hoping one of my 3 above get off to a flyer in the 1st round
betting, I fancy Cameron Smith the most. Good luck with your doubles, they would
get you a cracking return
November 10, 2016 at 23:28 #1271800Lionroars what an optimist!! Great to see someone trying doubles in the golf!! I Love it!! Keep going for it!!

Looks like my only chance in either golf is John Huh!! Nedbank looks like being a serious blow out and most of mine in the OHL are a long way behind already!!
November 11, 2016 at 02:07 #1271820I’m in the same boat Raymo, I’m out in the Nedbank already, and I’m not
doing too well in the OHL with my two, Ishikawa 6 off the lead and Smith
8 off. What makes things worse is that I bet Cameron Smith and Chris Kirk
last week, both outright and 1st round leader in the Shriners Open. I stick
with Smith in the OHL, and leave out Kirk. Kirk ends up 8 under, 1st round
leader on his own
I think from memory he was something like 33/1 for the tournament and
40/1 for 1st round leader. I think the golf Gods are redressing the balance
after me getting Coetzee last week
November 15, 2016 at 15:39 #1272772Could say this week is like christmas for us golf punters there 4 events i got bets in 4 as well.Start off with in DP Tour championship
HENRIK STENSON 6/1
Winner here in 2013 and 2014 he can end the year as race to dubai winner as well.Stenso last week in South Africa not play well but way i saw him last week i get the feeling he used it as a tune up and with course form he got i think he win here again
DANNY WILLET 40/1
He is chasing Stenson in RTD rankings no doubt last month or so been hard for him but he show form at weekend close with a pair of rounds in the 60s and he enjoy the earth course as well.Suggest to me he make a impact here.
RAFA CABREA BELLO 40/1
Was on him at 125/1 in 2014 look like he collect title but he chuck it away again but for me RCB is more complete player now he likes these desert style conditions and while 2017 be best year for him.No doubt in my mind he be a factor here this week.
VICTOR DUBUSSION 50/1
Was 2nd and 3rd in last 3 years here and at last shown form again at the weekend in Needbank challenge and back on a course where he make stacks of birdies and eagles big hitting Victor can contend here
November 15, 2016 at 15:43 #1272773JORDAN SPEITH 100/30 Win Australian pga
Speith won here in 2014 and while a break he been on mean there be rust in his play i still think he be man to beat here 1st title overseas it was in 2014.So he take this event very serious as well.
AARON BADDLEY 33/1
Won here as a amuteur and won a title this year was the Barbasol champion and a return to his homeland can see him going really well this week.
November 15, 2016 at 15:52 #1272774BROOKS KOEPKA 13/2 Win Dunlop phoinex open
Brooks not won this year but was close last time out but just lost to Rod Pampling he got experiance of tracks in Asia when on european tour so he settle well here and think he be man to beat here
EMILLIANO GRILLO 15/2
Like Koepka has years of experiance of Aian layouts when on european tour he can contend here this week this course should suit him very well to.
SHINGO KATAYAMA 30/1
Was 3rd here in 2013 and of the home challenge i think he be the one to fear has form here as i said and think he play very well this week.
November 16, 2016 at 12:46 #1272899AUSTRALIAN OPEN
CAMERON SMITH 25/1
It probably wont surprise anyone to hear that I’m not deserting my pal Cameron.
He continues to play good golf on the PGA Tour. He wasn’t quite on the mark last
week at the OHL (T42) but he was impressive in the previous 2, T11 in the Sanderson
Farms and T10 in the Shriners. In his own backyard I think he must be in with a
shout. I’ve also taken him at 35/1 for 1st round leader. He is a complete birdie
machine, he just needs to cut down on the bogies too.JASON SCRIVENER 66/1
It sounds like I only know 2 aussies, well 3 including Scott, but I’m also having a
few quid on Jason, who I backed a few times a while back and he looks like coming back
into good form of late. He had a good tournament last time out in the Portugal Masters,
scoring 68 66 67 67 for a T17, so he’s no forlorn hope. I’ve take the 66s for 1st rnd
leader too.I’ll check through the others to see where I’m going to have a bet. With 4 tournaments
it can be a bit expensive if I don’t get a return, especially as I tend to do 1st rnd
leader with my guys too. Good luck Darren with your bets, and Raymo and Lionroars too
if you guys are having a go.
November 16, 2016 at 12:50 #1272901Looks like I reversed the BOLD for the Jason Scrivener
part of my post. Oops
November 16, 2016 at 16:16 #1272914Was in middle of writing RSM bets yesterday but time ran out in internet cafe so here there are
KEVIN CHAPPEL 28/1 RSM Classic
Last year here he was 2nd behind Kisner but think back here can go one place better. This season play very well but no win got done in Tour Championship final playoff as well.Back on a course he enjoy think he can shed maiden tag.
KEVIN KISNER 40/1
A big price he is when you factor in won by six shots last year.True not been in the same form as was last year. But way he won last year there is no reason why he can’t defend title and win again
HARRIS ENGLISH 50/1
Has a home near the course so this local boy know all about this place unlucky to miss the cut last week by a shot but he can play well here this week.
BEN CRANE 125/1
Won here in 2011 and while recent visits here he MC on both times i think at this price he can go well here
MICHAEL JOHNSON 125/1
Get a sponsor invite to play here this week he impress me in last event he play got a 8under in 2nd round best score in Shriners in 2nd round. This young man he a name keep a eye on for the new season
Good luck BigG and Raymo and Lionroars if having a go
