    Kevin Darley – soon to be out of the picture – crassly (and possibly naively) uses the Cheltenham Festival as a negotiating threat ahead of upcoming meeting re- whip rules.

    Who makes the rules? Who decides what is a thoroughbred?Who decides what makes a jockey?Who determins who can own a racehorse?On which traccks he can race?Who decides that the allotted weights are too lite?Where does the authority come from?Who is our Moses?

    Darley is completely out of his depth, should have gone months ago.
