Considering it’s come in to 10s on the Tote and RacingUK for the World Hurdle, 350/1 on Betfair sounds a reasonable bet to me.

I remember in 2004 I had him ante post for the Coral and he was switched at the last moment  to the Champion which he won at 33/1. Needless to say I did not back him in that.

BJK has little or no chance no given the likely going….couldnt get home over less than 3 miles last time, little chance doing it next Thursday over 3 miles where the irish mare will set off fast from the flag fall.

BJK will stay 3 mile and will win the world hurdle i can remember him winning over 3 mile at Aintree before and i’m pretty sure he’s won over cheltenham over 3 miles. All this about the going is rubbish Desert Orchid wasn’t going to run in the Gold Cup a few years ago because of the going but they decided to go for it and let him run and what happened he won. BJK has had 1 bad run he should at least be given a chance at cheltenham considering he has won 8 out of 9 races.

Why did he run badly last time?

I think Stravinsky would have had enough stamina over three miles to out class the likes of Travino and Powerstation….

I was being polite! And I don’t think it’s a bit harsh at all.

    Anyway, apology accepted Danny :-)

I hope you’re hoovering up all the "fancy" prices on Betfair then Danny! He’s drifting like barge at the moment.

It’s particularly harsh when you make a spelling mistake in a post commenting on another person’s grammar…

As far as the World Hurdle goes, BJK still has it to prove. One run against the big guns in the division over course, distance and likely going and he was well beaten. I would have to be against him.

Seems like Betfair agrees with me – he’s out to 8.2. I’m already on Inglis Drever antepost, not sure what I would do in the current market.<br>

I think I agree with everything there F-U. I am on the Drever (sorry my pet name for him) since last March, (lol) but wouldn’t want to back him at 7/2-4/1. What horses in the World Hurdle are mudlovers? I am tempted to top my bet up with one on a mudlover.

Out of interest, at what price WOULD you back BJK?

Celestial Wave is a mudlover and has top class form.
