    The form of Sumo Sam has really tailed off, but I really liked her win at Goodwood last year, and with a good chance she’ll get similar conditions here, decided to have an early go.

    Risky approach, as current form wouldn’t entitle her to even trap here, and if she did, I can see better than 33’s on offer. I’ll definitely top up should that be the case

    Only small amount but took a bit of the 7s/8s EW Tiffany, track could well be just about raceable if the deluge comes on top of heavy/soft in places at moment.
    reason had a small punt now is not sure Kalpana will act on the going (turn up?)
