Just looked through the Irish bumper entries over the Xmas racing. Arcadian Emperor caught my eye, won his PTP, now trained by Mullins and owned by JP. The second Lisbane Park has since won over hurdles and finished forth behind Old Park Star at Cheltenham recently.
20s boosted to 22’s.January 22, 2026 at 04:33 #1751223Bentraghhill 12-1 ew
February 3, 2026 at 13:02 #1753433It’s only a game , he sweated badly yesterday but he’s got a engine and despite being Sat at the back he finished well , I reckon the Cheltenham hill is perfect for him
Pick 3 on Saturday champion 2025/2026
February 23, 2026 at 21:05 #1756044Bentraghhill being saved for later in the season so…
Love Sign D’Aunou 5-1 ew nrnb
February 23, 2026 at 22:50 #1756053Feel this race has been prone to some wild market swings in recent years. I remember Romeo Coolio starting 6/1 and going off 18/1 before finishing 2nd. Bill Joyce (Jonjo horse) backed in from 22/1 to 7/1 for some reason and finishing 15th. Hard to get too involved at this stage.
February 25, 2026 at 12:04 #1756205Oh my word
Won a 4 runner race at Navan that has been won by a few stars in the past. The 3rd went on to finish second to the third favourite for this and the mare in 3rd in that race was just beaten a short head in the 60K bumper at the DRF.
Not often you see a horse win like he did at Navan, just looks something out of the ordinary every time i watch it back, especially given his win has a bit of substance to it now. No idea if it is the plan though, but a very exciting career ahead of him hopefully.
March 7, 2026 at 20:11 #1757540Bar Mullins, Twister, with 20, has had most runners in the Bumper since 1997. Willie’s had 109.
March 7, 2026 at 20:43 #1757543But it isn’t a game of numbers.
Just like AOB on the flat: yes, you’ve won a million races, but you’ve run a billion horses to get there.
March 11, 2026 at 12:23 #1758365Silly punt, small wager
Chicker 100/1 each way (1st 4, BOG)
March 11, 2026 at 17:00 #1758635No clue so I’ll go with a couple of Mullins outsiders ew
Our Trigger 25-1
The Wager 66-1Our Trigger has the 4yo stat to overcome but hopefully he’s as good as his brother.
The Wager might be a big dossy boat who needs another mile and a few inches of rain, but his big stride might help and he has a good pilot.March 11, 2026 at 17:02 #1758637I’m expecting you could run this 10 times and have 10 different winners …
Pick 3 on Saturday champion 2025/2026
March 11, 2026 at 17:04 #1758638Never been a fan of the bumper.
Haven’t a clue here so just backed Patrick.
March 11, 2026 at 17:10 #1758644I backed its only a game at 25s after the last run , added at 20s and another bet earlier , headgear on , I’m hoping he’ll gobble up this hill
Pick 3 on Saturday champion 2025/2026
March 11, 2026 at 17:29 #1758655Did none of us see the flat jockey jocked up
Pick 3 on Saturday champion 2025/2026
March 11, 2026 at 17:30 #1758656Huge run by Gordons horse from the front , hes been called a nutter but he was very good there
Pick 3 on Saturday champion 2025/2026
March 11, 2026 at 17:40 #1758658Wilts. I had a last minute bet on Chicker when they said the going was now good and looking on oddschecker it said he’d won on good. Fergal used to do quite well at Cheltenham, too. It was worth a punt.
March 11, 2026 at 17:46 #1758660He’s still waiting on a festival winner though
