The League did attempt to stop ‘buckiejagsman’ posting highlights. However, there seems some doubt as to whether a ban can be applied and, with the backing of the Buckie Thistle board, the highlights are being posted once again.

    Well done, buccaneering ‘Buckiejagsman’!

Good for him – I’ll check these out later.

Lasds have been in good form of late, winning 3-0 last weekend at home against Fort William (could have been seven apparently) and scoring 4 in the win against Nairn at Nairn midweek before that. Noit doing too bad in the League either (8th place with a few games in hand).

At teh moment the game against Turiff looks like it may be ON, although most of the rest of the Highland League programme is off.

    Good stuff.

You can also buy those glow in the dark referees at Argos, they are very useful for clubs that suffer with floodlight failure plus batteries are included.

Even the fast flowing burns have a thick solid crust of ice round here, I walked across one an hour with out even a crack appearing, I’ll try to remember my camera next time I’m up in the woods

Another good win yesterday – 5-1 against Turiff Utd. Great stuff.

Cheltenham Specialist – you be careful on that ice now – Cheltenham is only a month away!

    Hi Cormack

It’s soo cold the battery on our Landrover periodically freezes so I’ve been parking the LR on a hill incase I need to jump start it. This morning the tyres are frozen solid to the ground so it won’t even roll. I’ll have to wait an hour or two till the sun melts some of the ice!

At least it’s bright sunshine this morning

I think BuckieJagsMan has given us preferential editing in favour of Buckie Thistle, whos colours are superb. I’m going to adopt them as my second team. This referee wouldn’t be out of place in the SPL, as Wick were denied an absolute stonewaller at the start of the second half, then given a free kick and got a player booked when they took a tumble, when it was a dive ! – now we know where Dallas, Dougal & Co learned their trade -. That was a great watch all the same, and what a goal !!!!

I suppose you could call it that. Then again you’d have to call Craig Levein, Jim Gannon and Gus MacPherson ‘paranoid’ as well.
