Betway are still offering 33-1 about Daiquiri Bay, whereas everyone else has shortened him up after yesterday’s Ebor victory. Okay, Scandinavia will be hard to beat, if he turns up, but the rest are much of a muchness and I get the impression that Alan King, who won this race three times with the late Trueshan, is not keen on a trip to the Melbourne Cup, so I’ve taken the 33’s e/w.
