Bet365 have put restrictions on my account, I can’t cash out no more so all my Cheltenham bets will have to stand, and the Best Odds Guaranteed, ITV Racing 4/1, Feature Race 4/1 offers I’m no longer eligible for. Anyone else had these restrictions? Why have they done it?
When I rang customer services they said its Traders decision and they weren’t prepared to tell me why.
I’ve since googled this and looks like they run some sort of algorithm and if bet365 aint taking enough money from you, regardless of if you bet big or small, that’s what they do. In other words you aren’t making a suitable profit for them.
I’m guessing they all do it.
Place a few bets on virtual speedway or netball or whatever they offer these days

Once you’ve been restricted on an acoount that’s the end of it as far as getting anything like a bet on. Forget about it and open one in your wife’s name or father’s etc and get the matched £100 free bet opening bonus. I’ve been through probably twenty five or so Bet365 accounts being restricted and betting on ‘ virtual speedway or netball or whatever’ will not keep an account unrestricted. If you’re taking early prices and consistently beating SP you’ll be restricted, whether winning or not.
