    Paros @ 20/1 NRNB

A few stars need to align for this one to say the least. The Triumph looks a very strong race this year and no surprise to see him have another run in the next fortnight and head here instead. Looked a natural on his last run in France but pulled far too hard when held up at Sandown. The 3rd horse from that French race hacker-des-places totally destroyed a field over Christmas and has since been ruled out for the season with an injury. He received a rating of 132

Either way he has to run and win well on his next start or he won’t get in, if he does and goes here you would imagine he would be a fair bit shorter.

Oliver Greenall is apparently very sweet on Herbiers here. Won well at Hereford yesterday after his second to Fiveandtwenty first time out. 50-1 with Bet365 could look very good if he keeps on improving.

When do the handicap ratings get given for these juveniles, been looking at Teahupoo (Gordon Elliott) ran at Fairyhouse in Jan but still has no OR.

Bit new to the game so apologies if stupid question!

Does anyone have any good angles to this race? Just looks like an absolute minefield! So many question marks but if I end up playing a Lucky 51 or something then I may well back either Cabot Cliffs e/w or one of the Nichols pair e/w

    Jeff Kidder EW @ 66/1 6 places

The horse he beat at Fairyhouse bolted up a couple of days ago and you could possibly argue the FAV has a fair bit to find with him on his Christmas run.

Not a race I tend to get stuck into, but I’ll chuck three darts at Busselton, Saint Sam and Homme Public.

I’ll take a chance on Zoffanien here. Quite liked the look of him last time.

Not a massive betting race for me, but happy to go with him at the price, and with it not being BOG, I’ll happily top up if I see bigger tomorrow.

    Zoffanien EW 6 Places
