Maybe view differently when its all calmed down but I cant remember such a genuinely stirring day such as today on so many levels

It has been a fantastic day and it will be great to see so many positive headlines in the paper’s tomorrow.
The rounds of jumping that Frodon and Siruh Du Lac produced will live long in the memory, Paisley Park was sensational and Defi Du Seuil adding the JLT to the Triumph after last season’s poor form was superb.
However there have been many fantastic Cheltenham days over the years so all I can say is this is the best day ever until the next one.

yesterday was around my 30th visit to the festival
Best advertisement for the NH game you could ever wish for – heart warming human interest stories, great rides (two of which just happen to be by female jockeys) and most importantly some truly great equine performances that showed off just exactly what we love about the thoroughbred racehorse.
YESSSSS, it was a fantastic day. I had so many placed horses (Mengli Khan, Aso, Sam Spinner, Didero Vallis (5th) and Eglantine Du Seuil at 40/1.
But the performances in the Ryanair, the Stayers, the JLT and also both girls (Lizzie and Briony) were the best possible advert for the game. Very few fallers, hopefully no serious injuries and fantastic finishes made the day very very very very very remarkable.
Let’s hope it stays the same way on Day 4!!!

Yes, great day of racing, won no money apart from backing the made in heaven partnership of Bryony and Frodon,but that is totally irrelevant, just the pleasure of all the great races and stories is priceless!
