Ballydoyle owner structure: Camelot & Homecoming Queen

I have just noticed that on the racing post site, the Owner of Camelot is very interesting. Derrick Smith until 18 Oct 2011, Derrick Smith & Mrs John Magnier & Michael Tabour until 16 Jan 2012, Derrick Smith until 01 May 2012, Derrick Smith & Mrs John Magnier & Michael Tabour until 25 Jun 2012, and currently listed as Derick Smith.

His run in the Group 1 Racing post trophy was on 22 Oct 2011.
And his run in the Guineas was on the 05 May 2012.

But he reverted back to Derrick Smith ownership for the Irish Derby.

Why would he change ownership for running in Group 1 in England??
And what is the substance behind this frequent ownership change??

Homecoming Queen is even better, On 04 Oct 2011 she changed ownership twice!! And from 04 Sep 2011 to 05 Sep 2011 she changed hands twice, ultimately resulting in a net no change in ownership!

Does anyone know how these are accouted for and are the frequent changes in ownership investigated for irregularities?
