I usually just bet Summerghand once a year, but off his cracking effort at The Curragh, I can’t leave him, while I’ve put up Londoner a few times, and though ultimately disappointing, I’ve also seen enough to stand by him

Bergerac for the win at 20-1, and Never Dark is the ew shout at 66-1

Rythmn N Hooves has had a change of stable and hopefully that will ping some improvement after repeatedly backing him since his win at Royal Ascot last year.

The more I know the less I understand.

Added Bergerac 20s, win only. Might regret the ‘win only’, after yday and my Parisiac punt at 33s (finished 2nd).
Could’ve easily chosen 4 or 5 more in the Silver

David Jennings in the increasingly useless Racing Post called Summerghand a ‘loveable old rogue’.I bet a lot of owners would like a ‘rogue’ like Summerghand.
He is a most consistent old horse who has been a marvellous servant to connections whose powers are waning with age.

I hope he has one final swansong then is retired.
