Seagull/Wallace, the confusion here is that you are both right.
For while the above losing run is true, favourites won the first races at Doncaster (1.50) Newbury (1.35) & Kempton (1.45) and as the favourite won the third race the following day the 14 long losing run does not effect this system.
March 13, 2008 at 05:20 #150439Wallace
On the first 3 days you logged.
Jan 12 2008 Sawaah won the second race of the day.
Feb 12 2008 Ignotus won the 2nd race of the day
Mar 17th falls next Monday
If you meant Feb 17th Cape of Storm won the 4th race of the dayThere may have been a long losing run on March 1st 2008.
However this stops after just one sole favourite has won. That has been made perfectly clear from the outset. So once that has been achieved the rest of the days results are insignificant to this ‘system’.I listed Cryptic has winning the first race of the day on March 1st that was the 1.35 at Newbury.
That is indeed correct.
(Nodform Paula won the 1st race at Doncaster less than 20 minutes later)I have made a few mistakes (but not to attempt to deceive) but that has only been in calculations in profit/loss and not what horse may have won or not.
I know he includes Irish racing and that is the reason I have also. He told me he thinks that depsite the larger fields in Irish NH racing they seem to have quite a good strike rate with favourites.
All I am attempting to do is to convey here what he is actually doing in real life. He assures me he has made the profits he claims.
This current year (from when I started posting the results) he is probably showing a profit at more than £1,464.67 as I am only using the official starting price but I know he tries to ‘nick’ a price if the favourite is shortening up in the live betting shows.

12, 12 and 17 are the longest losing run in each of the first three months of this year. This followed on directly from the previous post about the average losing run per month of 14 when looking at a ten year period. I understand your point about this system stopping when a winner is found but it is important to look at the LLR of the group being bet.
I think there is some merit in this system and the key factors may be to do with Favs winning the early races on the card at a higher rate than when all races are considered.
The basics of incremental stakes, chasing previous losses and following short priced horses goes against the grain for me but this may indeed be the ultimate contrary system.

Keeping a close eye on this system.profits look good and i think with an unlimated amount of cash to play with would get the bookies and layers worried.
however if i was on yesterday ANY FAV i would be starting to worry if double dizzy had lost with the jump up in stakes.
best of luck cheers…..

The system is in a good position with the winning profits and has leeway for a losing steak, if someone had started from 17th march they would have to of been brave and patient with their original stakes declining.
with the right kind of funds to start with and a set losing limit i think the system is well worth a gamble.Blackbeard to conquer the World
