Remarkable scores from The Tin Man And Quelle Farce so deserve to take
their place on the podium. Very well done guys
Some amazing scores with no less than 7 people over 100, take a bow

Many thanks for all that took part I think it enhances the Aintree Festival.
Thanks to all and in particular Mr & Mrs Raymo who had all hands to the pump when
Marjorie had her wee scare. Cheers all
Edit Make that 8 over the 100, I think my brain is fried
April 5, 2025 at 19:35 #1726356Thanks for running it. Delighted with siilver medal and huge congratulations to Refuse To Bend and everyone else posting impressive scores.
April 5, 2025 at 19:39 #1726357Well done RTB and the top 3 finishers.. great punting.
And many thanks to Big G for running this despite the falls.April 5, 2025 at 19:48 #1726359Well done to Refuse To Bend on todays score and winning the comp
and well done to The Tin Man and Quelle farce for their podium finishes. Looks like The Tin Man and Mrsraymo just needed a few points on their blank day but hey ho thats tipping.
And I know it makes no difference to the final podium positions but I scored 24 pts today Graham. Thanks for running this Graham
We do know how difficult it is and it is always good fun to be part of the comps

P.S Nearly forgot kudos to the boss for scoring over a hundred points today
April 5, 2025 at 19:49 #1726360Wow, bit of a bunch finish! Well done all those in triple figures, and huge congratulations to RtB for winning and the others who ‘podiumed’!!!
April 5, 2025 at 19:56 #1726362
Congratulations Refuse to Bend with that breath-taking score!
A well-deserved winner of the competition.
A big thank you to Graham for doing such a wonderful job running the competition, even though you had more important things going on at home!
A nice cup of tea and (maybe more importantly) a sit down in a darkened room might be the order of the day now!
April 5, 2025 at 20:06 #1726364Wd RTB, and thanks BigG for running.
April 5, 2025 at 20:07 #1726365Well done Refuse To Bend. Also a shout to Mrs Raymo’s final day score.
Thanks to Graham for soldiering on in difficult circumstances and wishing Marjorie a speedy recovery.
April 5, 2025 at 20:13 #1726367Beilliant tipping RtB, well everyone else at the top end too and especially bigG for the scoring in the face of adversity
April 5, 2025 at 20:53 #1726381Cheers everyone after the second day I thought this ain’t happening. I’d like to say my 28-1 Nap was inspired but it wasn’t and I forgot I had napped it until BigG said it gave me 80 pts, took 40s in the morning so that was a bonus. Well done to The Tin Man and Quelle Farce for being runners up and all those 100+ pointers. Well done to Mrs Raymo for also napping Deep Cave and top job BigG for running it

The more I know the less I understand.
April 5, 2025 at 20:53 #1726382Raymo. I’ve no idea how I missed your final day’s score, I had it
clearly marked down on my list. My apologies, although it was bound
to happen at some point, but missing a whole day’s score. I think I’ll
be banned. Thanks again for being ready to step in if something were
to happen to me, and they often do
April 5, 2025 at 22:00 #1726394Brilliant competition, very enjoyable
Well done to Refuse to Bend for getting your head past the winning line first
Many thanks to BigG for the running the competition, it gives us all a lot of funCharles Darwin to conquer the World
