aww surely thats legit. My NAP was a non runner in the last selection and had not run and i noticed the withdrawal before the off, I posted before the race ran to have 4 runners. Not sure why that can’t be allowed. If my NAP ran and i nominate a sub and put it as NAP yeah i’d understand.

I’m sorry but it’s in the rules, it’s been like that since when the competition first began years ago and I can’t really change them during a season, here’s what it says:

If your nap is a non runner or a nap selection has not been nominated, you cannot nominate another of your selections as your nap if an earlier selection as already run
