Kifill one thing we can’t do is predict Mullin’s entries and what signs they give. He multiple enters most of his horses, even in races they have like a 5% chance to show up in.
They have been entered for sometime now so i wouldn’t read too much into it.

Hindsight is 20/20 so make the most of it!March 21, 2023 at 10:13 #1640818“If Aintree is the plan with many of his horses, though, why are they double-entered at Fairyhouse the week before?”
In case one meeting doesn’t take place for one reason or another, they got the other one to go for. The ‘multi-entry’ practices of Mullins/Elliott are quite common.
March 21, 2023 at 19:30 #1640881Corach Rambler has been raised 10lb for his win at Cheltenham, meaning he’s officially 10lb “well in” here.

It's the "Millwall FC" of Point broadcasts: "No One Likes Us - We Don't Care"March 21, 2023 at 20:05 #1640884With regards to Our Power getting in; I actually think he has a squeak. He is currently 55 on the list, so 15 defections required:
1. Hewick confirmed not going
2. Ga Law confirmed non runner
3. Threeunderthrufive confirmed non runner
4. Envoi Allen almost certainly not going
5. Fury Road unlikely
6. Franco De Port likely to go elsewhere
7. Gin On Lime could go Topham
8. Gaillard Du Mesnil may wait for Punchestown
9. Escaria Ten could be Topham bound
10. Remastered unlikely due to owners and form
11. Farclas pulled up lame last time
12. Cilaos Emery is not yet qualified
13. Battleoverdoyen could go Topham
14. Happygolucky doesn’t go apparently
15. Pencilfulloflead allegedly outOther than Gaillard Du Mesnil; I’d be quite confident of these not going.
I’d be very tempted to have a go on Our Power if I didn’t already have 6

Vanillier (never learn)March 22, 2023 at 05:55 #1640898Is Our Power going to stay that’s the question. And he also has a liking for right handed tracks.
March 22, 2023 at 10:15 #1640912Fair comment, Michael.

March 22, 2023 at 17:49 #1640980Hill Sixteen played again , can’t get that Becker run out of my head
March 22, 2023 at 18:11 #1640989I’d quite like longhouse poet if the ground is soft
He ran a good race last year on gd to soft but all his form is on softer

March 23, 2023 at 21:22 #1641121PeterH are you sure, remember that when it gets closer all those on same official ratings get reordered into how they done currently.
Shame about Pencilfulloflead. Remember a fee years ago I was quite keen on a horse called Casey Jones, sadly he never got the chance to line up, as the same fate met him.

But you can give them to the birds and bees.March 24, 2023 at 12:42 #1641180I note that Cilaos Emery (currently no. 33 in the weights list) is a runner at Kelso tomorrow (3m 2f). I presume that is an attempt to qualify by fulfilling the ‘finish first four in a 2m7f+ chase’ criteria? Or is it past the deadline for that rule now?
How far down do we think gets in? I’d not be surprised to see anything with 10 stone get in – that means down to Dunboyne and Franky Du Berlais (OR 141) at 57 and 58. Elliott’s got enough in above that, so I’m not going to start wishing that his six horses between 61 and 67 make the cut!
Weird how Nicholls hasn’t got an entry left in this while Hendo only has one. Only one for Twister too, and Fantastikas is no. 72 and the lowest rated horse still in (I read that Glamorgan Duke is out)..
