First Christmas my Son had without his Mum, Pat.
Very strange indeed, I managed to cook an adequate dinner. Made a mess of his present but managed to blag the blame onto father Christmas before I sorted it out on boxing day, poor old father Christmas eh. I said it was with all the new houses popping up and all the foreigners moving into the country that Santa was so busy he must have been rushing and made a mistake. I don’t like putting the blame on others but he forgave Santa quicker than if I said it was my fault.
Anyway keep strong Pat, we all go through it, we have to carry on and keep moving forward as hard as it is sometimes.Gaelic Warrior Gold Cup Winner 2026

At Christmas time we were stumped when my nephew asked how Santa was going to get into our flat as we now no longer have a chimney, he was quite happy when I told him we would have to leave our front door open all night

I know you and Jac have had your own major problems over recent months but both your efforts in keeping this forum going are much appreciated.
January 20, 2016 at 23:09 #1230171Hopefully someone will correct me if i’m wrong but my understanding for National Hunt racing is that final declarations for Saturdays and Sundays are 10.00am on Friday except for major Grade One’s when final decs are 10.00am on Thursdays.

One of those big “what if” moments we all have but he was going really well. Hopefully he will return to Haydock for the Grand National Trial in a few weeks.

He’s 16-1 at the moment off the same handicap mark. I can’t see why he wouldn’t line up. Seems too easy
