Wanted to put in another choice for the Cesarewitch as Arch Villain yet another non runner but that would cost me another race bit unsure now of where we all stand at moment. Will try to have a look through tomorrow when I have bit more time and work it out thanks Jac

Had a quick tot up Ginge pages 17-20 and I think I have used 24 races including just 1 compulsory race..so I think I’m almost out of this as I played it wrong Got carried away with the big flat races. Never was great at Ante Post leave it to the professionals like yourself

I make it that Arch Villain was your 22nd bet out of 25 plus you have used 2 compulsory bets on the 2,000 and the Derby. You might want to keep those 3 bets up your sleeve

Ginger, are you able to post a leaderboard soon. I can maybe do something over the next few days but if you’ve already done all the calculations then I’ll leave it to you

The top two in the table have both made impressive starts with

coming up with winners at 13-2, 7-1 and 10-1 and

Wyldeside

finding 14-1 and 20-1 winners plus a 33-1 place. The rest of us are playing catch up but Nathan Hughes will be hoping for a big day on Saturday as he has Cirrus Des Aigles at a massive 16-1 for the Champion Stakes.

If anyone has any queries let me know. I can also post updated tables at regular intervals, I can post more detailed info for everyone just not sure yet the best way to lay it all out.

I guess I only have 2 points left to use now and the bonus points, some of us have used them and some haven’t so I guess it would be nice to have that info alongside the leaderboard but realise how time consuming this is it almost needs to be put on an Excel Sheet where it could be automatically updated, it might take time but I’ll have a bash after the flat finishes.

I think I dived in too deeply for the flat and now have nothing left for the NH..but it is quite complex.

Sorry! I wasn’t totally clear with the info on the leaderboard. Overall you are allowed to use 70 pts maximum made up of 50 pts/25 races from the "other races" list, 16 pts on the compulsory races and 4 pts on the bonus races. You so far have used 44 pts from the "other races" and 4 pts on the compulsory races therefore you have 6 pts still to use on the "other races" plus 12 pts on compulsory and 4 pts on bonus races. Hope that’s clear

Maybe it will be a good idea to detail how many pts each tipster has used in the 3 categories as I have done for Triptych above and therefore how many points they have left. I can get onto that soon as I have all the details to hand but it’s a good idea Trip if it can all go onto a spreadsheet but I will definitely need help to set one up so if you can come up with something that will be great.
