I’m not sure if this topic has been discussed, but what were your highs and lows of racing in 2007?

    Personally…

    The Jumps –

    Highs –

My Way De Solzen winning the Arkle.

    The emergence of Katchit.

    Denman and Kauto Star too.

    Lows –

The loss of so many NH horses so far this season.

    The Flat –

    Highs –

Peeping fawn – was fantastic to watch.

The look on Henry Cecil’s face when Light Shift won the oaks, fantastic guy.

Ryan Moore showing the know how and also the bollocks to go down the stand side at Sandown in the Eclipse.

The way the jockey’s championship went to the last race when Spencer was on Inchnadamph.

    Lows –

Retirement of Authorized, Excellent Art, et al.

    The loss of George Washington

    Betting wise –

High : backing Finsceal Beo for the 1000 Guineas at every opportunity
    through the winter.

Low: Authorized getting turned over in the Eclipse – a financial disaster.
