I Have backed Churchill for this at an average of 8.93 on Betfair and also got big prices on Thunder Snow who was only beaten in the Champagne Stakes by Rivet.

I’ve had another £2 bet on Eqtiraan this time at 310
I’m not too sure what else Hannon might target for the race. He still has his Frankel colt chewing straw. Eqtiraan could be some animal if he can learn to settle.

Just had a tweet from TAPK who likes Churchill and Peace Envoy

Backed Lancaster Bomber @ 65’s to win. Staying on well behind Churchill in the Dewhurst over 7F. Favourite looked at the end of it’s tether and wont stay a Mile IMO. B-)

33’s after his second in the BC. Added a bit e/w on him. Looks like he is going to be an underated horse. ;-)

Possibly Darren, but i dont take any notice of all these excuses about draw bias and favoured running strips. It was the same in the Irish Champion, Almanzor and Found went on the outside where the ground was favourable. That was blown to pieces on Saturday.

For me Churchill is probably the most craziest price i have seen for the classics. Fine if your on at double figure prices though :good:

Anyone remember this one in the Dewhurst, what a horse !

I Remember mcririck going bananas even before zafonic won and shouting that it would shoos her the Guineas. He has to be right sometimes and boy was he right this time. Fabulous miler.

Backed Caravaggio antepost for te Coventry and Norfolk at Royal Ascot last year after his ridiculously quick time on soft ground in Ireland.

Been backing him for a long long time for the 2017 Guineas but backed off steadily the last 6/8 weeks after missing the Dewhurst and watching Churchill.

If Caravaggio is entered for sure and will run, I’ll take the risk that it stays. He looks and absolute machine though.

i (like) Haydlor think War Decree ran a nice race when winning the vintage(worked out fine). Before i let go of some of my hard earned,i dont play much AP,i wonder if anyone has heard any news about this son of War Front? It was mentioned as a target the Champagne, but not seen since goodwood.

Thanks to anyone who can help

    If Caravaggio stays, he wins.

I beg they run him as I’ve been on him since June for it.

I predict, hope, a Frankel wins this. Maybe an unraced one as of yet, maybe Seven Heavens or Gosden’s other horse Cracksman…if not, most likely a Galileo son will win it…
Long time to go and I could be so wrong.
Merry Christmas and happy holidays You All!

Cracksman will be starting at 1 Mile 2 F according to the trainer. Possibly heading down the Golden Horn route. ;-)
