I agree with that Ruby… But it could still cause an issue if the jockey doesn’t pull up straight away and even then he/she may not be happy
I think being left a couple of lengths a drift from the start isn’t ideal but not a case for calling a N/R unless the horse is pulled up and found injured on examination
