Did she underpay the tax ……. yes!
She was made to pay what she was accused of ie £40,000 underpayment but somehow she was viewed as not guilty of committing any law breaking.
Not had to pay any penalty where normally HMRC would have imposed a fine.
If this had been someone from another party she would have been raging as she has done in the past.
And Labour say she wasn’t given preferential treatment for this ‘sweetheart’ deal.
Bet no ordinary citizen would have been given this lenient treatment.
