This is getting messier the more they look into it:

Why was he allowed to keep the race if he also went above the limit (twice), while the rider on Laafi (four times over) was banned and the horse disqualified? Why do they need that much time to make this public???? Ths should happen within the next 30 minutes after the race.

Oh, and Toby McCain-Mitchell seems quite a professional whip offender…..
