OMFG I had to go and check that this ACTUALLY happened. Since when does the BBC ever do chyrons with a political party's branding, rather than their own? Not to mention this is during a pre-election campaign purdah. (h/t @iainsol.bsky.social)

Found the clip in question, I didn’t see it as it happened which was apparently at around 6.05am on Breakfast. I have never seen a party logo displayed in that fashion on the BBC before.
Looks like plenty have sent complaints in.
As an aside, ‘chyron’ is a new word to me.
