‘USA has won’. No so, no side has won so we are all still in the ‘wet and sticky’, The real winner is China; doesn’t waste money by starting illegal wars but works behind the scenes strategically. When it comes to the crunch the USA cannot win; China will never allow Iran to be obliterated.
