Have to Agree with you Andre, and I think after that sprawling, at best he
would have pulled muscles but a big danger was that worse had been done.
I think Townend saw the winning line was close. If it had been an unimportant
race at Down Royal, he would have pulled him up right away. Only he knows
what he did, but I think it will lie heavy with him. Such a sad thing to see.
