If it does close, an excellent opportunity to slightly reduce the over bloated fixture list. Doubt the opportunity would be taken though.
People seem to panic when one of way too many racecourses is about to be closed. Racing had a great time throughout the 80s, 90s and so on without Chelmsford AW course. Even without it, there is just too much Racing. I’ve said this numerous times and I’ll repeat myself, there is so much AW crap that you have turf bred horses that never ran on turf!!!!
Why????? Is this trend good for Racing at all?
