I took this on last season and was confident at one stage but it fell about 25 goals short of L’pool getting 100 PL goals and this season should be tougher as well with more midweek European games for distraction. William Hill offered me 14/1 which is crazy but Skybet offered 100/1 which is just about right as it’s hard but not impossible needing to average 2.7 goals per game. Last years effort wasn’t a million miles off considering Liverpool had no out and out striker with Sturridge either out injured or not fancied by Klopp until the seasons end. Injuries to the likes of Lallana, Countiho and Mane also put the dampeners on. Salah has signed this year and Origi will have benefited from playing more games last season, Firminho and Woodburn will also chip in. Throw in Klopp’s attacking approach and their is plenty of goals to be had.

I think it’s been a layers paradise in the early season but in the last few weeks I’ve turned it right around. I’ve reduced my footie out goings this year. Not deliberately I’ve gambled much more on the jumps and it all needs time to keep of top of the form
